I have often found it difficult to create songs that feel genuine and worthy in the tough times. But if the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that during such times, it helps to sit in it - to sit in the MUD and acknowledge that sometimes, bucking up just won’t do, and that it’s okay!



I’m thrilled to present my single, “Okay to Break”. This song was composed years ago as an a cappella track on my first ever apple device. Last year, I brought it to my dear friend and collaborator, Luis D’Elias. We spent months over Zoom calls, cities apart! And on lockdown, making it into something more. Luis produced the heck out of “Okay to Break”, miles and miles up into a magical realm, to something genuinely blast-able!

The album art was created by my twin sister, Mónica Quinones Rivera, who is secretly, and sometimes not so secretly, an artistic genius.

We are so happy and proud of this piece. But really the most important thing is that it inspires you to dance alone in your underwear at 3 A.M. and acknowledge that it’s okay to have bad days.
